Yes. We provide full OEM (custom branding on existing models) and ODM (custom design from scratch) services. Our in-house R&D team handles everything from industrial design to packaging, with typical lead times of 30–45 days for new projects.

What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Standard bulk orders (existing models) ship within 15–20 business days after deposit confirmation. OEM/ODM orders typically require 30–45 days. We also maintain safety stock for key SKUs to support urgent replenishment orders.
What is your sample policy?
We offer product samples for qualified B2B buyers. Sample cost is charged at standard unit price and is fully refundable upon placing a bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
